#12:  Interesting effect, although the way the eagle appears looks a little more like a shadow puppet in reverse.  Maybe the rectangle effect can be reworked to better signify new perspectives?
#13:  The eagle looks too much like a US gov't. emblem.  Also, not sure about the emphasis in the tagline just alternating light & dark.  Prefer a single color in tagline.

hehe now that i see it. it is look like a US gov logo :-).
