I dont want it to be too young, or too "foo-foo" girly. We are not a foo-foo girly retailer. We do have pretty clothes! but nothing pink and fuzzy.

This is a hard one to match! Our age group is wide, 15-50 could wear our clothes, but I would target primarily 20 or 25-35 years old. So sophisticated (but not too sophisticated) and classy (but fun frisky and playful), flirty, sometimes crazy but contained. I see this logo as wanting to be taken seriously, not to be underestimated, or seen as too young. I don't want someone to pass by our brand because our logo seems too young! But I also don't want them to pass us by because our logo seems more for the billionaire lawyer woman who is 50 and unmarried with no children... Hope that makes sense!

I've seen alot of great stuff tonight! I've seen alot of great "M"'s which sounds funny, but it's true! I'm a fan of options of color, so the same logo 10 different times with different color scheme each time is not a bad thing! Don't ever think my feedback means withdraw that option! I'd let you know if it was a total no go. But thank you everyone for what I have seen today, I can't wait to see what there is tomorrow. I have a feeling this is going to end up being a really tough decision!

I wanted to let you know I added 2 photos from our Facebook page, the one with the rainbow I just love the dark bold but bright colors, but mainly the font! I think it's awesome. A version of that would be cool.
I put up the other picture because the font almost reminds me of a retro diner which I thought was cool, because in the hot pink setting its in its more modern. Just something to think about! You really can't go wrong !

So this is obviously my first logo tournament, Don't know if people normally do more than one! I'm seeing alot of really great stuff, I'm trying to keep them all ranked because it seems like that is what you are suppose to do?? But there are so many of them I like so much I hate to try to rank them because i cant decide out of 20 of them which one I like more!

Just wanted to send out a reminder! on our website www.facebook.com/marliemadisonboutique in the photos album "marlie madison logos" towards the very bottom (above the feather logos) there are 4 that I considered from vista print. I just didnt want their exact one because 9 million other people could use it tomorrow also! Everyones favorite seems to be the tree, I really like the crown and the gold swirly symbol also. I think if the gold swirly symbol was lightened and our "Marlie Madison" was put over it... that could be awesome! Who knows. Everyone else seems to like the tree ;)

some things i found online that I really like are the "treasure fondue" logo, its a sophisticated key with a slightly colored charm, that is interesting. I also really like the logo for "adella apparel" .. I'm seeing lots of good stuff =) I likes it!
