I would like to see any combination of white, cream, brown, black, taupe, grey, purple

If possible, the same traditional brown leather chair on the cover of "On Being a Therapist" by Jeffrey A. Kottler (fourth edition book). I do not have copyrights to the photo, however I own the exact same chair and could upload or text a photo of it. I will need room on either side of the business card for a small (probably black & white) photo of myself.
