Essentially, the gist of the feedback left behind by my tutorial author was that impressiveness is important but logo needs to express about Arabic. We're both leaning towards the clever use of the font in #39. Others in the list also have potential.

Here is some general feedback from my tutorial author:

Contest ends early Monday morning and I’m seeing a pretty clear road to victory for #101, unless some extraordinary entries come in.

Things I like about #101 that others should’ve adopted:
· simple and sleek
· relatable to Arabic speakers and non-Arabic speakers alike
· incorporates Arabic into the design
· the Arabic is the logo... no abstract logo stuff
· doesn’t cover too many lines
· gives the sense of a casual organization, not a red-tape corporation
· doesn’t make you think too much... don’t have to stare at the logo trying to figure it out
· colours are nice

Things that could still be improved
· does try to communicate a message (bird flying) but not very obviously
· lacks that extra oomph that #71 originally gave
