So it's a tough balance - new, but not too new; serious and professional yet not stodgy. Thanks everyone for your submissions so far - we'll iterate to the right solution I'm sure!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say first off that we really appreciate all the interest and your submissions! In terms of process - there's one person running the effort, but the ultimate decisions will be made by a group. The initial rankings here are of that one person (me) but I fully expect that I might get overruled. I will be doing my best to collect and apply feedback from the whole team as we move forward... this may mean that some rankings may change absent other factors. Just wanted you all to know where we were coming from (and that I am not losing my mind)!
