Thank you for participating. Really like the movement and progression in the visual! The combination of colors here rather than monochrome is nice too. Two comments:

1. Can we try some colors that are a bit darker?
2. The curve on the arrow portion of the Y... the other letters are so upright. Clearly the curve here is to distinguish this arrow from the others. Like what it does and what it represents, but maybe something not quite as swoopy as this?

This is a variation from my previous entry with some "organic" shape added. It represents sort of movement, natural growth and dynamics.

Entry #140 is normal full logo and Entry #141 is shortened version

Entry #142 is another proposal, with sharper lines but still with "outside the box" idea...
