We prefer the entries contain no use of company initials. We also prefer any house pictorial elements to be subtle and more abstract.

Entry #111 is our top pick because of the simplicity of the abstract pictorial element. We do not want pictorials that are very clearly and obviously houses. We prefer that it merely "suggest" the appearance of a roof. Entry #111 gives the very vague impression of both a roof and a mountaintop. We do not want any literal representations of this imagery. Simple is better.

In entry #111 we would prefer the words "Group" and "Real Estate" be more prominent and in line with the entire word "Kimberlin" and centered underneath. "Group" should have more prominence than "Real Estate" but all words must be clearly read.

We are open to the words "Real Estate" being sandwiched in-between "Kimberlin" and "Group" as long as "Real Estate" is clearly different and less prominent.

The logo must work well on both a light and dark background.
