We would like to see the logo re-positioned and more balanced. Please include "Real Estate" in a gold color blocked bar (similar to as is done in entry #5 by another designer) under "Kimberlin" with "Group" in black below. "Real Estate" should be less prominent than "Kimberlin" and "Group" but still be clearly read. We are open to variations and alternate positioning. Thank you.
Can you rework entry #62 so that group is centered under "Kimberlin", more prominent and increased spacing between letters. "Real Estate" should be centered as well, easy to read but still less prominent than "Group". We do not need the words to form the frame of a house. We very much like the abstract pictorial used above "Kimberlin"
If it is better for spacing, there is also the option of bringing "Group" to end of the line with "Kimberlin" and positioning only the words "Real Estate" underneath.
Thank you for continuing to rework the design and provide us with with options. The bar containing the words "Real Estate" as in #87 is not working in the way we thought. Please provide another design that incorporates the prominent pictorial element and is stacked with "Kimberlin" then "Group" and then "Real Estate". The only issues with the previous designs that were stacked in this way is that we would prefer to see "Group" and "Real Estate" be more enlarged, centered and spaced under "Kimberlin". Entry #71 was the right direction, however, we would prefer different positioning of "Group" and "Real Estate". Prominence should be in this order: "Kimberlin" = most prominent, "Group" = 2nd in prominence, "Real Estate" = 3rd in prominence. Once we have an approved reworked design we would like to see it on both a white and black background.
In entry #111 we would prefer the words "Group" and "Real Estate" be more prominent and in line with the entire word "Kimberlin" and centered underneath as is seen in many of the other designs. "Group" should have more prominence than "Real Estate" but all words must be clearly read.
We are open to the words "Real Estate" being sandwiched in-between "Kimberlin" and "Group" as long as "Real Estate" is clearly different and less prominent.
The pictorial element is our favorite part of the design. Please do not diminish it in any way.
The logo must work well on both a light and dark background.
Please look at #137 and #135 and see if you can do something similar with the words "Group" and "Real Estate" in your design of #111. We like the prominence of the word "Group" that you have but there are still issues with "Real Estate".

We would like to see the words "Real Estate" still have a little more weight, slightly bolder. A more distinct space between "Real" and "Estate" would be good.
