On Entry #72 please make the pictorial more abstract. Please also center the words "Real Estate"

We like #123 but would prefer the "window" element in the pictorial to be removed. We would also like to see it with "Group" in gold and "Real Estate" in black with no gold bar around the words. Thank you.
