Our Ideas & Additional Information
These are just ideas and do not want to limit the submissions to this idea. But look at www.marketwatch.com. I like how the W is angled and looks 3D. Not sure if the "J" can be done like this, but use the facets of a diamond to make up the "J". Again, this might not look right, but just a thought. Attached a picture of a diamond so you can see what "facets" are...it is the structure that makes up the diamond. I was just playing around...please do not let these interrupt your own thought process. Also, if we have a tagline, we would like it put it in, but not needed.

#1. Do not like at all. That's not a logo.
#2. Nothing different here. No creativity.

#3. Not sure how the TV reference makes sense in the logo for my company. Regardless, it is too fancy. Also, in my notes, it said NO to BLACK AND RED color.

#4. yusura. thanks for your efforts. I think you need to see my contest brief. try incorporation something with the "J" and then follow it with "ewelsters". This way, the "J" can my print for my packaging on a box or pouch. ready my brief for other ideas I would like to see. thanks.

#6. Better, but still far from what I thought I would be able to see from this site. My expectations are high based on what I have seen. Also, do not like the color.

#8. I do not like how it is flat. I like it more like #7 where it looks 3D. Also, can you remove the bottom portion of the "J" and keep the facets going through to the end. Also, on the top, instead of a circle, can you put a diamond shape. Lastly, play with the fonts. Thanks for your submissions. Also, use a Green or Orange color.

#11. The most creative this far, but still looking for something more.

#12. At the bottom of the "J", we do not like how it is just metal looking and the color fill in in patches. Make the color fill in throughout the whole "J".

#10. Looks like a RETAIL STORE logo, not for a website. Show me some 3D and focus on the J. Everything so far has been a lowercase "J".

#12 and #13 are the same.
#14. NO WAY.

Please use a different font for the "J". All of you are using the same exact "J".

#15, #16. Sorry, do not like. I know there is creativity out there. Looking for something where I can use the "J" stand alone as a logo for packaging and then the full name on the website or banner ads for advertising/marketing. Show some more 3D styling, use different fun fonts. Thanks.

#15, #17, #18. Looking better, but still does not have the look. Try to incorporate the "J" into something that is cool/hip/trendy. Too much purple.

Designers...

I am not ranking the ones that are up because I would not pick any of them. Not sure why too few entries. Looking for something cool/hip/trendy. There is a plethora of creative design out there, please keep the designs coming.

Thanks for your submissions...keep them coming. See next post for possible ideas.

Here is an idea - click here:
http://www.mavensconsulting.com/

See the picture of the logo "M" on the ground and the tag line across it. In my case, there would be some type of "J" on the ground with a tagline across it. The "J" could be in a diamond. Be creative.

Use Tagline: Look. Love. Buy
The thing is to find the right "J" which I have having trouble liking with what has been submitted.

The same "J" can be followed by "ewelsters" for the logo for website. Make sense?

See the font EVEN THE ODDS, "THE ODDS" is a pretty cool font.

#22, #23 - EXCELLENT COLOR SCHEME. Please send more variations. Instead of circle at top of "J", use a diamond.

Now, please see my comments on Nov 6th at 9:24am to see my direction.
