This initial design feels a lot like Polaroid, or something film oriented because of the wide spectrum of color. Thank you for the creative use of type. I think we're after something that will appeal a bit more toward women.
Really like 191, but feel like the little "ip" icon doesn't match this new logo style. Can you make a matching one? Can you also try to simplify the font for "prints"
On 205, Indigo is still feeling a bit heavy. As a side note, the ip creation is still feeling disconnected, but that's not quite as important for the time being.
212 is looking fantastic! We would like for the word indigo to appear more dominant than the word prints. We had a couple of thoughts:
thicken up indigo slightly - we really like how indigo looks now, so maybe just a tiny bit thin out prints a bit - I am open to you trying a new, thinner serif font here. Maybe try a couple of versions with different ones? We definitely want to keep a straightforward, serious serif.....just thinner.
Thanks again for your kind feedback. This is a slightly revised version of 212 with a thinner "prints" and an "indigo" with more presence. I'll try more combinations in the morning!
273 is our new favorite. We like how the "d" doesn't connect at the top. However, we like the font used for "prints" on 274, even though it's a bit thicker. It just has more of the personality we're looking for.
Thank you for the dimensional logo in 274. What a difference that makes. Can you show an all white logo on an indigo background that has the "dimension" to it? Love how it looks pressed in, like letterpress.
We're going to need several variations on this logo and just want to make sure all of them work the way we think they will.
Thanks! about #273, I changed the "d" is for the exact same reason: it just looks cleaner not connecting at the top. The font used for "prints" is the same as #213. I'll post the entries shortly.
I agree - I think it needs to be bright white. The effect you achieved in the green area of 274 is perfect. If you can make the background solid without any gradient, that will help.
It's probably the dark background, but just not able to see the shading like I was expecting. But that's ok. Can you do an all black version of this one for us to compare with the other one? Thank you again for all the revisions. We appreciate it greatly.
Yes, sadly, the letterpress works also as a visual effect; being the letters darker than the background, they appear "behind it". I'm still going to give it a try.
