We'll cross that bridge later if needed at all. I really like #300 - can you try with prints as a sans serif just to differentiate the words? We're looking for a nice sans serif to do a lot of our writing in (marketing materials, etc.) and would love it to match up if at all possible. Possibly a Helvetica? Suggestions are always welcomed as well. And, for grins can we see 284 with a sans serif "prints" as well? 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client After looking at 300, we'd love to see that with the "d" in indigo treated the same way you did the "g". Using the d from 284 or similarI know we've given you a lot of comments to take in, so here's a list:1 - #300, add in a "d" like the one from 2842 - #300, add in a "d" like the one from 284, change "prints" to a sans serif3 - #300 with no changes except "prints" in sans serif4 - #284 with "prints" in sans serifThank you so much for all your work! We love your designs. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Thanks again for the interest! I'm glad you like my ideas. Here's 300 with Helvetica "prints"(This comment references Entry #362) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer 300 With another sans "prints"(This comment references Entry #363) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer 300 with a more "different" kind of sans on "prints"(This comment references Entry #364) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer And 300 with a sans with more presence.(This comment references Entry #365) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Here's 284 with one of the sans on "prints"(This comment references Entry #366) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer And 284 again with the stronger sans on "prints".I hope I'm not confusing you with so many entries. Thanks again for the quick and comprehensive feedbacks!(This comment references Entry #367) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Like the thicker sans on 362 & 365 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Not confused at all! Love all of the options. 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client If you're still work, then just disregard this comment:Would like to see 362 using the "nd" from 367. Or similar the way you modified the g. Essentially, want to keep the vowels of the word indigo in the serif and the others in the script. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Although maybe bolder sans looks better, what do you think?(This comment references Entry #368) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Is there a difference on the sans in 362 and 368? What is that particular font? 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client I like both of those. The thicker sans is good. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Sorry for the delay. This is "1 - #300, add in a "d" like the one from 284"(This comment references Entry #424) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer And this "2 - #300, add in a "d" like the one from 284, change "prints" to a sans serif".I'm available online for any other requests. In the meantime I'll be looking for other nice sans serif fonts. Thanks!(This comment references Entry #425) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer and this is "362 using the "nd" from 367".I'm going to try to blend all the letters together, but I get your idea. Also, between #362 and #368 the difference is very subtle on the tips, barely visible at this resolution. One is "squarer" the other one is slightly angled. The "p" is a bit rounder on one as well.(This comment references Entry #431) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client I think 431 is perfect! 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer I'm glad you like 431!This is a rework on "nd" plus a new sans font.(This comment references Entry #432) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client After staring at these for a while, I think I prefer the serif "n" as opposed to the curvy one. 425. Maybe you could mix the two to create a hybrid letter? 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client I also like the new "d" in 432 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client I think I like the sans from 368 the best. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer This is a complete rework on the "nd" blending the serif n to the script d, with a rework on the d to blend with the dot on the "i", a new idea. Thanks(This comment references Entry #433) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client 433 - Thanks for the new idea on it. This is really nice - might be a little more than we want but I'll have to get some other feedback on it. I think we like the "d" best when it doesn't connect all the way, like in 432. Let's just stick with the regular serif n also. It's a little too squished into the d. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Same as last, reverting the sans font back to the #368 one(This comment references Entry #434) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Can we see 434 with the regular serif "n"? Thank you for your great work! 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer As per the request: serif "n", slightly tweaked "d" as in #432, sans "prints"=)(This comment references Entry #435) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Sure! This is #434 with a regular serif "n".Thanks to you for your interest!(This comment references Entry #436) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Do you mind putting 435 & 436 in black? 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Not at all-- Here: #445 and #446 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Another idea with the letterpress. Of course, this can be discussed later if you're intersted. Thanks(This comment references Entry #449) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Perfect! It's hard to pick which of 445 & 446 we like better. 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client I really really like the font of "prints". Is there an ever so slightly thinner version of it? I'd like it to be a little more differentiated from indigo. 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Can you also do 435 with the thinner prints? This is a hard decision! 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client disregard! just saw it. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Here they are, slightly thinner. If you're looking for an even thinner font, I'm limited by this font type. Otherwise I might look into a very similar Helvetica, which I have with various weights. Thanks!#451, #452, #453 and #454 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer This is one of the light Helveticas. Please let me know if you'd like to see the other versions with this font!(This comment references Entry #458) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client What is the current font we've got ranked #1? for prints? 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer It's called Kalinga. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Here's another quick combination of #451 with a modified "g" from the DualisLite font. Not trying to contribute with the confusion, just want to give you more choice =)(This comment references Entry #463) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client 463 is an interesting one to add to the mix! 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Here I gave the "d" a small foot and gathered the letters in "indigo" all together.(This comment references Entry #487) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer White on green letterpress(This comment references Entry #541) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer White on white letterpress(This comment references Entry #542) 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer I've worked on the effect, it works better with darker backgrounds now. White on indigo. Thanks!(This comment references Entry #543) 14 years ago Jessica Williams Client Perfect! Thank you. 14 years ago pdo Logo Designer Wow! Thanks to you!!=)The white on blue is better seen on this bigger image http://www.zdi.it/indigo/white_on_blue.pngBut at this point it's better if you PM me a list of .ai files that you'd like, in the meantime I'll send the obligatory files through logotournament. Thanks again!-Patrik 14 years ago < 1 2 1 2
