Thank you all for the entries - as we get closer to what we want - I wanted to let you all know we would like have the word ADVANCE be somewhat larger than Gulf Coast.

I've also just added a file with some background information on the project. This includes a visual model in which I used women stick figures to represent the work. This is NOT ideal but I thought it might spark some ideas to mesh the collaborative nature of this work into the logo.
