What We Do
I help leaders build high-performance cultures to enhance organizational results.
The saying goes, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Your organizational culture has to be healthy in order to succeed. I have more than three decades building high-performing teams, based on world-class organizational culture. I provide coaching for leaders who recognize the need to improve culture as a prerequisite for successful outcomes. Other offerings include leadership training, organizational culture consulting, and confidential soundboarding for top executives. Work with me to build a better organization - one with improved teaming, communications, employee satisfaction, leadership, and ultimately, outcomes and performance.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Attached logo is an example of the first color combo I referenced. Feel free to organize the logo in different ways. I'm thinking of an icon on the left with FocalPoint to the right and Leadership below FocalPoint. The word Leadership can be smaller, but not by much. FocalPoint and Leadership are important to the title, not just FocalPoint. It's fine to experiment with FocalPoint Leadership on one line, but it will probably be too long for my taste. I don't want a lengthy, one-dimensional 'x' axis.
The design does not require an icon, but I think my preference is to have a simple icon involved. A focal point is a concentrated area or area of focus. I can see a circular icon with fuzzy detail in the outside of the circle with clear focus in the center. The center can have a symbol of leadership (chat-gpt suggests a shield, torch, key, etc.), or maybe the initials of the company (FPL). Alternately, the icon could have a design of your making - something that is original and doesn't necessarily evoke any physical item. I'm open to a new design/icon. I'm also open to incorporating any design of your making. I'm willing to be impressed with something new. It would be great/preferable to have a great icon that can stand on its own without the letters for some purposes.
Please tend toward a more traditional, professional icon and overall logo. My client base will be high-level corporate leaders. This logo should be classy and relatively simple / straight forward. The colors should be strong. The icon can have 2-3 colors or gradients, but should still be simple.
