Flour BloomLogo Design Contest

#1 Needs more color. The bag of flour is too literal; would like to see it look more like an owl. The character doesn't have be brown. I like the slogan font. Recommend changing Flour Bloom font. Also, would prefer that the O's not look like glasses.

#3 & #7: You've both incorporated my suggestions, but they are too literal and closely resemble the photo attached. I would like to see more of your creative interpretation of our business. The logo should evoke an upscale, but playful bakery.

~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

All Designers, Here's a reattack on what I'd like to see from all of you:
The business name & slogan should have the sophisticated look and the owl is where i'd like to see the playfulness. All the designs need to have more creativity. Please try different ideas like adding a chef hat on the owl or a spatula in it's wing. These are just suggestions, not required. Also, everyone is placing the font in the same order. Play with the placement of the words.

Please take a moment to visit www.flourbloom.blogspot.com. I think this will give you all a better idea of my style. The owl is an important symbol for the logo, but the business name & slogan need to have some personality as well. I would like to see different fonts that look more classy, sophisticated, or even elegant. Please submit examples that have script or cursive fonts.

Thank you all for your designs and providing so much creativity. As we get closer to the end it should be more evident of the type of owls that I'm looking for.
