Color Preferences
Our company colors are red, white, gray and black. We have been with Keller Williams Realty for 3 years and we love the colors we have as we adopted their brand colors when we joined them 3 years ago. With that said, we will prefer mostly red and white for the clean look, but splashes of gray and black where appropriate. One primary color (red) will lend itself well to icons, shirts, hats, etc when we have stitching and imprints.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Really love a few logos that I'll attach snapshots of below as well.

The Dude Perfect logo they have on a lot of shirts with Dude in Bold and Perfect in Regular font is the look I'm after with shirts and a few of the examples available here in the 6 I could choose from have this bold/regular font style. They can be the same color or different if it makes sense.

I believe it makes more sense for Epic Life to be together and Realty to be the secondary in any format. Epic Life is the primary part of the logo and could go Epic (bold) Life (regular) Realty (light/thin) for the font to give nice contrast.

I would love to see there be some smaller piece of the logo that could serve as a stand-alone icon image that would also identify our brand without any words, ie. the dp on DudePerfect is another great example. So is the UA with Under Armour.

I like the location bubble as part of the stand-alone icon as featured in the Conservus Realty logo attached.

We do a lot of shirts and hats and giveaways, plus we have a lot of social media presence, so having the ability to fit within a square or circular profile picture box, as well as a logo patch for a chest, sleeve, or crown of neck on the back of a shirt is crucial. If it fits those things, then it will generally work in almost any scenario. Our last log was almost impossible to fit in a square so we ended up with two versions of the logo and they didn't match. We didn't have it designed professionally and it couldn't have components taken out of the main/big logo and used in these smaller/tighter configurations.

I also love the idea of being able to take a portion of the logo and fill in with stars and stripes, different textures like camouflage, etc during special times of the year or special events. Another example of Dude Perfect hat shows this well, along with the ability to break out the dp and use is stand alone. The Under Armour Freedom series does this well using the UA and adding the Freedom series to it and filling in the UA with the flag too. I'd like to be able to do this with special events that we host, or our scholarship that we raise money for.

There is one logo that uses the EM initials that could possibly be build off of for our EL in Epic Life in some way. I've attached it as well titled EdMylett logo. It's not as good as the others, but it spurred some ideas in my mind of how to use an E and L together.

If there is any way to use a keyhole as an 'i' that may be a fun way to tie it to real estate and unlocking the power within yourself as well, but most of the real estate world uses houses or keys too much and this may not be ideal if it's too cliche. Sample of the keyhole I saw that peaked some interest is attached.

Some friends of ours in real estate have a badge type logo that I've always had some keenness to if you can find a way to incorporate that into the logo that would also be something I'd like to have options for. See Kaizen logo attached.

Lastly, I've always loved the fun and variety on Scotty Cameron putter lineup. The crown with the dots, plus his 3 red dots has always stood out as his brand in the golf world. Also, I love that they threw in a Scottish Terrier named Scotty in lots of designs. The circle T series is very popular and is an example of the icon that can stand alone. Examples uploaded of this as well.

Hopefully this gives you a good idea of what we'd like to build off of and make our own.
