Southern Rock and country music festival in Atlanta

Earth tones- browns, greens, tan/beige, black

Event name: CROCK FEST (two words)
Logo should feature the event name prominently, as well as a Crocodile mascot wearing a cowboy hat.
This logo will go on hats/koozies/shirts, so it needs to be a shape that will work well on those.
It will also be used for web, and large banner prints.
Must be vector logo.
Needs to appeal to 25-54 year old men who like southern rock and/or country music, drinking beer, and concert atmosphere.
Our vision is something vintage/gritty, but we are open to other interpretations.
