ChameleonLogo Design Contest

Thanks for the submissions so far. After seeing them, we notice that we like the chat window/bubble - it associates the idea of "chat" with the logo. We also like the shadows - it seems to give a bit of depth to the logo (though, don't go crazy with detailed font shadows). We do not want the character to be part of the word (i.e. the chameleon should not be the "C"). We do not care for orange or red font. Thanks! Please keep them coming.

Could you provide us with some general dimensions for the smaller uses?

Our smallest use case will be ~50 pixels in height. Our other use case will be 60-80 pixels in height. The widths are flexible.

Message to all of the designers - thanks much for your submissions, I'm pretty impressed with the creativity and your designs. I took these to my boss (I'm the messenger), and he suggested that we focus more on the concept of communication (chat), and not as much on the idea of "Chameleon" and the character. In other words, when someone looks at our logo they should think "Communication Suite/Chat" and less about the chameleon character. I'll plan to be responsive if you have questions and rank entries frequently.
