This one uses the chat bubble which you liked and a font which is suggestive of the changeability of a chameleon. The green of the word 'chat' is also suggestive. Overall, this is a clean and simply suggestive design that will scale well and is portable across all media. The speech bubble portion can be easily broken out to use as a stand-alone element.
