To Begin: I would like to see a VARIETY of designs from different designers and a variety from individual designers. I used this service before, and came out with some good designs. I think that a drawback to what I saw last time I used logotournament.com was that artists were too focused on a single design... I want you to use your imagination and give me so many choices that it will be hard for me to choose! Please check out the different designs that alternative energy companies are using for their logos... As you search you will find that many of them use brighter, greener and cleaner renewable themes. That is what I would like! I don't mind the sun being incorporated in the logo, but don't put too much emphasis on including a "sun" as that is pretty generic. I need to differentiate myself from other distributors of renewable energies and I hope I see some talent! ~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested." We'd like to know what you don't want so we can give you the design you do want.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ The first phase of the contest is the "Open" phase, and everyone can submit during that time.
~~ After your contest's initial "Open" phase closes, it will enter the "Top 5" phase; only the top 5 ranked designers will be able to submit revisions at that time.
~~ The "Top 5" designers are the first 5 designers in a contest, not the first 5 designs.
~~ When "Top 5" ends, the "Judging" phase begins. The designer of the 1st place design will be the only designer who can submit revisions at that time.

Look at the first place ranked logo... I like that a lot...

I want to see a logo where the earth (globe) contains continents in Green and a blue earth... in the middle of the earth I want to see something that resembles the elements of the light bulb as in the #1 ranked logo. I want to convey this message... "We are a green, renewable supply company helping to aid the world in their supply and distribution of Solar Product. Our renewable company has a bright idea to service their customers, and the world can be the lightbulb of that Idea... so some type of light rays should come off of the globe... Something like this!

I want a logo using that design and color of the earth... but inside, I want to reference my first place ranked logo using the lightbulb idea... from that, I want the globe to eminate light as if we had a great idea, keeping the renewable concept alive!

So look im getting a lot of creativity here and I like it! I would like to see some of the following:

My top 5 Logos are cool...
I want to see the earth, with the continents, in a gradiated, light, renewable green... In a small fashion, I want to see maybe a unique lightbulb where the atlantic ocean is so that you can still see the continents. I want to give the impression that we are creating a renewable energy in our world that shines out for century's to come, so maybe a shade of yellow gradiant surrounding the earth would be cool.

Within that idea, I want to see a variety of things. Possibly a hand or a resemblance of a hand cradling this whole earthy idea... I want the light rays to shine off, but to fade out so they aren't so abstract. We want to convey the idea that our world needs to be powered by renewable energies for the next century and beyond.. Using a renewable energy concept incorporates renewable energy colors.. I dont want a black background I would like to keep it white. Run with this...

See the first ranked logo. The globe in that logo is what I want for a final product...Except I dont want the C on the left side... ALSO I need to accent this globe.. a few ideas... draft a logo where the sun sits behind the globe, almost like the earth is eclipsing the sun... make the sun a gradiated, thin layer around the earth, but dont make the sun rays abstract I want it to almost be "glowing" behind the earth... See how the green is inside the globe? That is how I want the yellow lining of the sun to be.

Another idea is to almost have a hand holding the earth as I describe above.

Another idea is to somehow mix the idea of a lightbulb/bright thinking into the mix/concept of the earth giving off a luminescense as if the earth came up with a "bright idea" for the future, for the next century. I need creativity here! A few of the artists have put the globe inside of the lightbulb, I dont like the look of that although it is creative. I need something else...

I also like the look of the globe in # 105 by defour but the lightbulb needs to be cut out!

I need something unique, simple, and something like what I have ranked 1st and 2nd...

Check out the first ranked logo... off of that here is what I want...

Okay... here it is... after going over this with the boss... This is what we want:

1) We want to see the United States and South America, so spin the globe on that...
2) We want to use the same light gradiated green that you used for the color of the continents
3) Use a light, gradiated blue for the water
4) Give us Sun Rays almost as you have already, but we want to have the rays shooting out in various random lengths, so that the rays are not uniformly coming out around the Earth...
5) Get rid of the tear drop on the bottom of the earth... and get rid of the split that is in the globe.

Alright so far I am liking the participation... Keep the designs simple but professional looking.. too much detail draws away from the simple beauty of the design, but we want to incorporate the green idea, blue oceans, growth, sun, and synergy. I think that is a good word to put to use here... we want to incorporate a synergistic feeling between the elements incorporated in the design so that they all tie into one logo making it a powerful statement to those who see the logo. I like the gradiated lighter colors. Keep the creativity up! I need to find my logo!
