What We Do
To support the Commercial Driver Training School sector (truck driver training schools) by providing programs beneficial to students, the Transportation industry, and safety professionals.
They do utilize the "full name" so people know who they are, but also go by "CDTF" a lot in communications as an acronym for the organization. Need to use both in the logo.

Color Preferences
Vibrant to Dark Blue is the clients favorite. They said last time they did a logo they rejected every other color, so lets work within this color for now until we narrow to 5 designers and we can then take a logo or two at that point and apply a different color.

Concerning logo style & concept the client told me: "Three of these categories above are mostly letters so I would say we would be safe going with strong lettering and a formal symbol of some kind. Just letter would work for me also. Something that sits up and says I am a great foundation...remember me! I want something that will be memorable and give the feeling that this is a serious foundation doing important work for the industry. The Education and Military aspects speak to a somewhat formal logo as opposed to a whimsical logo."
