Slogan
Exceptional leadership. Superior results.
What We Do
I help leaders build high-performance cultures to enhance organizational results.
The saying goes, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Your organizational culture has to be healthy in order to succeed. I have more than three decades building high-performing teams, based on world-class organizational culture. I provide coaching for leaders who recognize the need to improve culture as a prerequisite for successful outcomes. Other offerings include leadership training, organizational culture consulting, and confidential soundboarding for top executives. Work with me to build a better organization - one with improved teaming, communications, employee satisfaction, leadership, and ultimately, outcomes and performance.
Color Preferences
- tone on tone logo (muted golds, bronze) with darker tones of that palette or dark grey for depth instead of black
- letters medium to dark grey with black shadow for background, if 3D letters are used. I am interested in seeing 3D letters, or simple 2D, or a mix of both (e.g. 3D for LaunchSite and 2D for Leadership). Please feel free to deviate.
- dark grey for bridge stanchions
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Icon - single bridge. Suspension type, as in attached illustration and photo.
- Size somewhere in between the two. The Clemente Bridge (photo) is closer to the size and simplicity of the bridge I would like than the illustration of the Brooklyn Bridge.
- Left to right representation, as in the photo and illustration (larger to smaller), viewing from the water level (as in the samples).
- Darker golds, browns, and dark greys in the bridge than in the photo, but muted, not bright. Show bridge stanchions in greys and/or browns. Not too much detail in the bridge. Alter slightly so the bridge is not recognized as a specific landmark or associated with a specific location. Not nearly as much black as shown in the illustration.
- Use discretion in what is underneath the bridge - a single shadow (as in illustration), water, or nothing. Think about how the logo will render in a presentation, or in screenprint or embroidery.
- Use discretion in how/whether to bound the icon / provide borders to contain it.
- I like the background of buildings as shown in the photo. They add depth to the logo. The lack of this background in the illustration feels lonely and without humanity. Use discretion with respect to height of the various buildings and the number of buildings (although the number and height should support, not dominate the bridge). Small amount of detail in the buildings to match the theme of the bridge.
- BridgePoint can be the same size as Leadership, or a little larger. However, the word Leadership is part of the title, not a secondary component of the name. Please don't undervalue it. Feel free to emphasize BridgePoint in a manner that differentiates from Leadership. Using the same font for both is fine as well.
