Can you please reverse the direction of the shadow (on the right side of the letters instead of the left)? Also, could I see a version with a solid gray shadow and another with this type of shadow?

I like the icon now as-is. Can you provide a version with a more current font? I like the use of two colors in the words. Please keep that, and keep the word LEADERSHIP as-is. Please try a new font for BridgePoint - it would help to see all caps (like the current one) and also one with only B and P capitalized. For that version (with lower and upper case letters), please use lower case in Leadership as well.

Hi. I'd like to see the cables uncrossed. Right now they are going to the opposite supports.
