What We Do
We are legal specialists focused on providing biopharmaceutical companies (worldwide) high-value information and analysis about U.S. patents that protect biologic (protein-based) drugs.
Industry
Color Preferences
We request that logo designs be submitted in black and white during the initial round of the contest. Then we’ll ask top-selected designers to add colors in subsequent rounds.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Our company name, Biologic Patent Landscapes, reflects the different landscapes (which we think of as tree canopies) that protect each of the hundreds of FDA-approved biologic drugs. Thus, we are interested in marks that illustrate "landscape" and "protection." Some initial ideas:
* A strong visual concept would be a tree with broad canopy (or different types of trees with different canopies). This design direction would symbolize patent protection of a biologic drug while also tying into our company name. (The concept could be pursued as different trees with different types of canopies since biologic drugs are typically protected by multiple different patents, resulting in "overlapping protection.")
* Another approach would be a pergola with vines that provides certain shade/protection, with or without a larger nearby tree providing even more protection
