Stain, Seal and Protect (or Stain, Seal & Protect)

[ NOTE: Please note that our existing logo cannot be altered in any way, other than the possible omission of "Since 1961."]

We are a 62-year-old fence installation company (the oldest in our state). We are creating a new division that provides fence-staining services intended to beautify, protect and preserve newly installed wood fences or fences that have been in place for a few years.

Our target audiences are homeowners, apartment complexes, property management companies, homeowners associations, and commercial businesses that have wood fences.

In addition to the existing colors of red and black, I am thinking of color(s) that imply wood, particularly a cedar fence. Please don't just use the color in my example (that I created in about three minutes; it's not a great brown.

Please also don't use the following typefaces:
- brush
- papyrus
- comic sans

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
We apply fence stain using a sprayer on a hose. We also use a brush to apply the stain close to the house. Mentioning this in case you want to incorporate such an element.

See attachment. Note that this is just a concept I quickly came up with (and presented very crudely). I would like to see both refinements of this concept and brand new concepts.

Note that any concept to be used MUST include the existing company logo. Including "Since 1961" is not required.

The winner will be asked to adjust the additional parts of the new logo to fit both versions of our logo.
