What We Do
We drive the evolution of software practice in T&P to better meet our business goals, and also support the co-evolution of those business goals to adapt to changes in software practice both inside and outside the company.
Color Preferences
As part of the Comcast organization, we would like to use the colors drawn from the pallette of the corporate logo, which have hex codes: #DFAD39 (dark yellow), #D64130 (dark orange), #9B2225 (dark red), #64509E (purple), #458CC8 (light blue), #72AD49 (light green), plus black. The design should NOT incorporate parts of the corporate logo (e.g. the "peacock" or the font) however.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
The "SST" acronym (Software Strategy & Transformation) is meant to partially invoke super-sonic transports (e.g. the Concorde). Our job is to elevate the level of practice of the various software product teams in the company so that we can get our collective jobs done better, faster, and cheaper.
I have attached the logo for one of the teams (Core Application Platforms) that is part of SST, which we like the design of. An SST logo that can somehow interpolate between the Comcast corporate logo and the Core Application Platforms logo would be fantastic from an organizational connectivity perspective. It's ok if the SST logo has a different look/feel, but we are looking for something where the logos feel like they are part of the same "family".
