We offer a white glove service, to high end homes throughout the North Texas region - focusing on top notch workmanship.
Industry
Color Preferences
I'm open minded, just please bear in mind that I am going to be purchasing clothing which will need emroidered logos, letter heads, email signatures, business cards etc.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I need to be able to use the logo on my work truck, on my employees shirts, so the logo needs to strike a chord when first seen. Something that will convey what most people would associate with 1st Class.

My company has really taken off since I started it 6 months ago. I am now at the point where 'branding' is critical and visibility that differentiates who we are from competitors, is incredibly important.
Ask yourselves this question when designing my logo, "would I wear this T-Shirt, or sweat shirt, if it had 'this' logo on it"?
I want my guys to wear the logo with pride and know that it stands for something unique. That we as a company are head and shoulders above our competitors, not only by our work, but by our appearance.

ok guys - thank you so much for the entries so far - some are good some are solo and some are not so good.
I live in North Texas, it might be worthwhile to google North Texas and get an idea of where this place is.
Secondly, I may end up wrapping my truck with a sleeve that has the logo on it. So the logo colors and back ground are important.
If you don't know what roofing equipment we use, please google and find out, having the wrong tools or equipment in a logo is going to make my company like we are idiots.
So far I havent seen a WOW logo and thats what I want when you are working diligently to help me.
Does it have the "X" Factor??

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you guys - I am buried with a new roof today and we are on tight deadline. I promise I will get back to you all this evening after I finish work.
BUT - out of respect and courtesy, I want to say how delighted I am with the new logos!!!
Finally, I am seeing something that makes me excited, gives me that ooooooh factor and when I am looking at some of the higher logos, you are typifying what Texas is about and how important the state is.
Very well done to you all and please keep the great ideas coming.
Have a great day

Good morning everyone. Thank you for the entries and ideas, love what I am seeing so far and I'm genuinely excited about what I am seeing.
In submitting entries from here on out, please do not include "We Treat Every Customer Like Family"
Right now all I would like to view are actual logos with just 1st Class Roofs.
One more suggestion, we don't need to capitalize CLASS ROOFS.

Thank you so much for the wonderful and incredibly original ideas for my logo.
I must apologize for not being as readily available to you all as I would have liked, we just completed a major project for a customer and today has been the first real chance that I've had to sit down and communicate with you.

WOW - thank you all so much for such amazing logo submissions, the work has been wonderful to view and I'm genuinely excited about making my final decision.
Your patience would be genuinely appreciated at this final stage - the reason, I am meeting with my printing company and they are going to exchange their ideas on what would be feasible and executable and manageable.
Gradient/half tone lettering and logos now need to be solid colors - the replication of the half tones will be nearly impossible to replicate on any clothing material, which is what the logo will be predominately used to print on.
I sincerely thank you all for your hard work, and as we enter the final stages, please bear with me as I am working diligently to make the best choice for me and my company.

Hi Everyone - after a lot of soul searching, analyzing and seeing company logos from competitors on their trucks - the one thing that everyone one had in common was a roof outline!!!
I don't want that for my logo and want something distinctly unique and both the actual logo and the wordage has to be separate. The best example I can giveback is my favorite sports brand - Adidas.
If we look at that logo regardless whether it's the word Adidas or the three stripes, the two don't need to be together on a short or short or a jacket, for us to know that's it's Adidas.
I'm looking for the same idea for
1st Class Roofs.
I'm sorry for this sudden change and I hope you can all appreacite just how important and difficult this is for me. Please be patient with me as I will make sure to give you all my attention. Thank you. Richard

Guys - just to be clear, all submissions from here on out please no Roofs or houses as they are VERY common and no map of Texas that is equally just as common and I don't my logo to be lost with myriad of other Roofs and houses and maps of Texas.
Thanks for the understanding.

Good morning designers.
I wanted to write and clarify a couple of very quick points to see if it will help clear up any misunderstandings.
Yes the finished printed logo will have a logo and the words 1st Class Roofs.
However, if separated the logo standing by itself, much have an association with the words 1st Class Roofs, hence I have been requesting submissions with 1st "inside" the logos to give me an idea of visual presentation.
The idea is simply this - that people will identify my company not by the 1st Class Roofs wording BUT by the logo itself and that's the branding vision I am looking to establish with this goal.
Also font selection is critical - 1st Class equates to elegance, too notch, outstanding - so using a font that is a little cartoonish doesn't quite make it happen, does that make sense?
Any questions please let me know and starting today, I am on vacation and you will all have my undivided attention.
Thanks for the wonderful ideas please keep them coming :)
