If you have a star, I think it needs to be on Sydney, where the conference will be held. Therefore, I think you'd need to slant the paw the other way, which might make it harder to get Tasmania or New Zealand into it. Slightly sharper looking paw marks would be good, showing a bit of menace.

Now add to New Zealand and Tasmania, as well as shrink the footprint.

Hi, I think you need to slope the map the other way, make the paw prints a bit sharper and put the star on Sydney (currently on Perth). If you can add the dates 20-23 June 2011 somewhere as well.

Hi, this is looking pretty good. I like the upright map (I still have to talk to colleagues). It might be good to include claw marks, like a fox print, to give the "menace" to the image. I think the dates should be bolder, maybe black?
