Our vision statement... Rooted in Faith Wekiva is committed to developing disciples who are rooted in scripture, shaped by worship, and formed in prayer. They will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, to display his glory. (Isaiah 61:3) Grounded in Love Wekiva is a place where the bond of Christian friendship and fellowship draws us into deep and meaningful relationships. By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. (John 13:35) Moved to Serve Wekiva is called to strengthen its partnerships in the community as we meet the needs of our neighbors and share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me. (Matthew 25:40) The target audience comes from the local Longwood, Florida/Altamonte Springs area. All ages are welcome. We attract members from young adults, families with children to seniors.
