The brewing team from Bearded Owl Brewing is teaming up with a world class cocktail mixologist to offer creative takes on beer and spirits. We will take the same approach with our food offerings. We want an old apothecary vibe and our target audience is cocktail enthusiasts, beer lovers, and young professionals.
