What We Do
This is a new beer and cocktail experience in the Peoria Warehouse District. The brewing team from Bearded Owl Brewing is teaming up with a world class cocktail mixologist to offer creative takes on beer and spirits. We will take the same approach with our food offerings. We want an old apothecary vibe and our target audience is cocktail enthusiasts, beer lovers, and young professionals.

A nightjar is a nocturnal bird, and we would like to see it featured in the logo. We are also going for an apothecary vibe, so classic typefaces, show globes, bottles, elixirs etc. Imagine walking into an old world apothecary in New Orleans - what would that look like in a logo?
