Our company employs 700+ team members and have a strong team-centric culture where we value collaboration, innovation, transparency, and inclusion. Our current logo is a legacy logo that is limited due to the current layout and box. We are looking to refresh our branding to represent our innovative and fresh management approach. We also want to update colors and fonts.

Dove Valley is an apartment rental community located in southeast Denver. The community was built in the early 2000s and is looking to modernize their branding.

A large open space is being offered to yoga instructors, dance instructors, and community groups to offer a flexible meeting/gathering space that safely allows social distancing. The space is 1500 sqft and will be available for rent. The logo should be strong nad represent the strength of the community using the space.

The community will offer residents with a luxury lifestyle surrounded by rural and mountain views, within high-quality and durable construction. Elements within the design will include a rich earthy pallete, natural stones, woods, and thoughtful details to incorporate a “home” feel. Ranch/western details with rich tones, natural textures, and high-end finishes will be combined to create a warm, hospitable, and organic feel that will be reminiscent to the farm-to-table trend. The following taglines will be included when describing the community and lifestyle throughout online advertising, the property brand’s digital footprint (including the website), brochures, and within the sales process: Contemporary Ranch. Rustic Luxury. Sophisticated Comfort. Naturally Inspiring.
