Color Preferences

The buildings are being painted in shades of gray. We would like for this logo to compliment the new color scheme, but have a few colors that pop out for branding purposes. Stay away from going to bright, we don't want something that would clash too much.

Gray, Blue, Slate, some jewel tones

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

This logo will be used on signage, so we need to make sure that the text is clean and easy to read. "Centennial East" should be the focus, with "Apartments" secondary on a second line. Our goal is to take this classic community and give it a more modern look, so modern fonts and configurations are encouraged. If you choose to use icons, we tend to like more abstract interpretations as opposed to literal images.
