Mission Rock Residential is a third-party property management company. We managed apartment communities throughout the nation where we offer our residents quality apartment homes with a sense of community. Our company employs 700+ team members and have a strong team-centric culture where we value collaboration, innovation, transparency, and inclusion. Our current logo is a legacy logo that is limited due to the current layout and box. We are looking to refresh our branding to represent our innovative and fresh management approach. We also want to update colors and fonts.

We are open to color schemes, but tend to lean toward blues.

We want something fresh, clean, modern, and innovative. We want something that can be flexible with graphic and print designs. Our current logo is limiting. www.missionrockresidential.com

I added designs that we came up with internally. Please take a stab at using those as inspiration, including the below notes.

1. "Mission Rock" should be one font color or try the "M" and "R" in an alternative. We do not like when "Mission" stands out from "Rock" or vice versa.

2. We like the script font or the idea of a modern script font. We purchased the rights to the one used in our concept.

3. For all options, we invite you to leverage varying color options. We're open so any and all so long as it's fresh and current.

4. Feel free to revise the icons in our internal designs and make them your own. Specifically, the stacked rocks should be cleaned up for a modern and sleek look. As it stands, they look "cartoon."

Feel free to include the tagline in submissions. We like that concept.
