This is for our historic 1900 Storm survivor house on Galveston Island, Texas. It is being painted pink (Benjamin Moore color Cotton Candy) with white trim and blue shutters (Benjamin Moore Pike’s Peak Gray). This will be used as an Airbnb as well as for our personal use. Attached will be a brewery with beer brewed on site, a beer garden and a private dining room for large private dinner gatherings. Our target audience is 24-50 year olds. We have the largest MLS soccer stadium opening down the street and we're looking to get a beer drinking crowd as well as wine drinkers who want to lounge and eat charcuterie boards.

In line with the European Commission's action plan for the deployment of ITS in Europe, the proposed four-semester Joint Master Connected and Automated Sustainable Transport Systems and Mobility (CASTSM) aims to build talent worldwide through institutional academic cooperation and promotion of individual mobility to respond to the demand of industry for excellently trained experts in the digitalization and future automation of vehicles as part of the ongoing technological revolution. It will contribute to the sustainable mobility policy area and climate change domain within the European Green Deal priority of the European Commission.To this end, common mechanisms will be developed relying on programs of the higher education systems of the Johannes Kepler University in Linz and University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien in Vienna, Austria; MINES ParisTech University in Paris, France; Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain and the University of California-Riverside, USA. This will be achieved by extending and adapting existing curricula and by creating new courses and teaching practices to respond to current trends in mobility and transport, strengthening this critical area of knowledge and increasing thus the overall competitiveness and quality of Europe as a location for innovation.

I am looking for a logo that exemplifies and defines my business. I am a mental health course content creator and advocate; yoga and meditation instructor; coach; and professional speaker. My intention is to educate, elevate and liberate the body and mind of the masses via speaking, coaching, and teaching. I need this logo to embody everything mentioned above. Alchemy entails turning basic stone into gold, and I've personally experienced Alchemy by turning my biggest hardships (failed relationship, failed jobs) into strength, growth, transformation and evolution. I want this logo to exemplify this process of alchemy. The SD portion of the logo represents where I founded the logo, in San Diego and also stands for Simply Divine since we are all Simply Divine Humans. While it is important to include in the logo, I do want the "Alchemy" portion of the logo to standout more than the "SD" does.
