They scan the Helpful QR code, and request somebody come to help. The system routes the request to an available associate, and the associate comes to the location to service the customer. Our advanced technology platform allows customers to scan a QR code or send a text message to request an associate come to them, wherever they are in the store. We also provide deep data insights to the corporate customer about customer behavior, and insights into where customers are needing help the most in stores.
