We are known for being an organic tropical/exotic fruit farm with palm trees, lush landscapes on an Island in Florida. Exotic fruits used in naming and theming all attractions (ex. “Papaya Plunge for the Slide”) Educational signage to learn about each exotic fruit - this is key to having school field trips later where kids can learn as well as general interest for all as they wait in line. Our target audience is families and gen z.

The Fountain is a new take on an old business concept. Soda shops or, soda fountains, were a staple in communities for quite some time. Here they served flavored sodas, ice cream, floats, and light meals. It became a place to meet up after school or stop by for a dessert. The idea of a soda shop has been revived in the 21st century by bringing back the nostalgia of delicious sodas and sweet confections.
