What We Do
My yoga business will provide Certified teacher lead classes and related services to promote physical and mental well-being through an intentional yoga practice utilizing different styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga or Restorative Yoga. Also wellness & mindfulness services such as meditation and breathwork to include but not limited to stress management and relaxation techniques to be provided to the neighboring communities.
