Zervos Tavern Logo Design Contest

We offer a unique menu, casual dining atmosphere, a simple drink menu and video lottery terminals (vlt's).

Black, Blue, Gold, grey

wood - light and dark...

We would like the main feature to be the name Zervos - maybe something with the Z would be cool.
Also, the Tavern part we would like to appear smaller - maybe underneath Zervos.
We also like the idea of a simpler, smaller logo for smaller prints.. (ie. Business cards, letterheads, email signatures, etc.)
A badge/emblem would be nice as well -
We like crests, antlers, arrows...

We would like a few different versions of the logo as well..

One simpler smaller version for letterhead, business cards, email signatures, etc.

Also one with just an image/emblem/badge.

So we're hoping for three versions. One large for sign, menu cover, etc., one small for smaller print and web, and lastly just an emblem or smaller image with some or all of the name (basically as a stamp).
