Duotone versions can be used for print purposes since they're in Pantone solid colors.
Single color versions can be used as a stamp and be legible even they're small.

I designed an icon that incorporates a "Z" letter along with a fork & spoon in order to communicate that you're a tavern.
This "Z" letter is custom made, it gives a warm vintage feel and it can be used as a stand alone icon.
