Virtual property management for a consistent hospitality experience

A property management App for housekeeping and staging of luxury and corporate rental homes. The audience: homeowners who rent their luxury homes, property management companies, and corporate rental companies.

Yellow as the primary color, and potential use of grey, black, and/or white. Enjoying Pantone 2021 colors: Illuminating Yellow and Ultimate Grey.

The primary use of the logo is as an icon on a handheld device (mobile phone), to identify an App.

Small in scale, the logo/icon must be easy to identify within a sea of many other App icons and against a background/wallpaper that will vary from user to user. Due to the small scale in which it will primarily be used, we are looking for modern simplicity.

Secondary, it could provide a sense of the service the App provides (property management for luxury and corporate homes).
