Are you interested in playing with the Yellow Square and a "Y"? I am interested in seeing a few versions of a yellow square and a grey Y. Simple, but clearly the font is important. I would love to see what you come up with.
For the icon, could you make the Y symmetrical? The stylized "E" is interesting, but I find that it makes the word less readable. I think the icon is strong enough that the word doesn't need to be tampered with.
This one could serve multi-purposes. The App is loaded with "checklists". In this logo, the "Y" outlines a home and looks like a bit of a check-mark. If you have other similar designs in mind, I would love to see them.
