Top Three Things to Communicate

#1 - Professional and Polished
#2 - Innovative
#3 - Global

Our Target Audience:

Typically business professionals with 4-year degrees, men and women, ages 25-65. We are also expanding our coverage beyond business events, so the new logo has to accommodate that.

Color Preferences

WorkIt must be spelled in with the following upper/lower combo: WorkIt

Our colors for the last 10 years have been blue (not cyan), orange, and yellow, so we want those included in the design for consistency.

((((PLEASE IGNORE THE FOLLOWING DIRECTION THAT WE GAVE EARLIER - THE GREEN ISN'T WORKING ... "We are also interested in picking up a little of the green in "Y" of the ebay logo, but that's not mandatory, nor should it be the main color in the logo.))))

Our website is here: http://www.workit.com

That's a cool first pass! Maybe a little too industrial though, and I would like a little more dimension. Thanks for being the first poster!

#2 - I like the 4-color inclusion better. I think though that I would like a little more "homage" to the previous logo. An Element in the previous logo that might be too subtle to see immediately is "world". Also, I would like to see what adding some dimension could do. Lastly, I'm not totally sure about this, but it seems that the left image should not overpower the word "workit".

Hi all, using a darker blue is better than a cyan (for any major blue in the logo). Also, I like dimension added, such as through shadowing, texture, or light effects. As the contect has evolved, I realized that bringing forward the color elements from the old logo is important to maintain some of the brand we have built. Thanks for all the great contributions!

HI all - we noticed that most of the logo submissions have WorkIt as all lower letters "workit" or all caps "WORKIT" or a mix with "WORKiT". Our current logo is actually "WorkIt" with a capital "W" and a capital "I". We are debating internally if we would like change this since we are liking the development of some of the current logos. However, we feel we need to see some examples with our current "WorkIt" to make our decision. If you could submit a couple with the new treament, we'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

Hi All, Just to let you know, we are only considering logos that have the following elements... 1) Use the blue (darker - not cyan), orange and yellow from our previous logo and 2) have the following upper/lower letter combination "WorkIt" - Thanks!

Hi All - I just updated the description of what we are looking for - this is to capture the comments and observations we have made as the contest has evolved. Also, there are a lot of logos coming in today. If we think it can be developed more, I'll send you a note. If not, we are just moving to the "Not Interested" list. Common reasons for being moved... not using upper/lower case for "WorkIt".... not using colors outlined.... Thanks all for contributing!

Hi All,
Due to the massive influx of logos today, we are choosing to extend the contest for another week in order to give our internal team more time to consider the new elements and type treatments that appeared today. Feel free to keep submitting. Thanks, The WorkIt Team

Hi All, Thanks for the entries for this contest. We have a design committee that will be reviewing these over the next few days and we will have some internal discussions before awarding the contest. One thing is certain - it will be very hard to select just one!
