Good start and thanks for posting some entries. #4 and #5 are the closest of your ideas to what I had in mind for the "R". The font for "Partners" looks nice. I am not crazy about the font for WIT CREEK though. A Little too blocky.
The partners font in #8 is a little too plain but overall this is the best design. I would like to see what the R looks like with an "I" for the left part of the letter, then the abstract creek design for the rest.
I like your new entries #68 and #69. #70 came in after my latest re-ranking. Swooshes are overdone in the post-Nike era but somehow they work really nicely in #69 with the suggestion of a "W" as well as the suggestion of partners. I am a geneticist by training so the "DNA" symbol suggested in #68 is attractive especially since you also make it suggest a "W" - it can also be read as an M and a W which are my initials (MW) so that is appealing. The two tones of blue look fine but the grey in the middle doesn't really appeal to me. Please try some other colors. Green has been popular and looks pretty good but you might try some others that look good too. By the way, thanks for hanging in there after pitching in early to try my lame suggestions with the R - you now have a very strong contender.
Wow! I was wondering if there was anything you could do to improve on #69 and you pulled out #99. Of course now at the end of the contest you are getting some pretty strong competition. I am amazed that you have stuck it out all the way and have such a variety of designs submitted.
Really nice idea on #127 - looking very suggestive of a "W" but a little too "curly" at the ends and the middle. What about moving the two swooshes further apart in #69 to make it a little more like a W? They should still overlap at least a little.
You have been the most prolific designer in the contest and come up with the greatest variety of really interesting and attractive designs. You are still very much in the running. I have some ideas and may give you a turn at #1 to see what you can do so stand by.
I put you in number 1 to ask for a few variations on #69. 1) Large Caps for "W" and "C" and small caps for the rest 2) One or more font variations with more subtle serifs 3) different "swoosh" arrangements - I know you have tried several. How about the one of the right tilted a bit more on its side, still suggesting a "W" but also perhaps a "C"
