Uh, it looks like you submitted the same entry three times.
I like the typeface, though I would prefer something a bit heavier, I think. The dot on the "i" is interesting if a bit understated.
The wine glass is not what I'm looking for, I really am looking for a wine glass wearing headphones. (Edit: Actually, scratch the "wine glass with headphones" comment. What I will said in addition is that wine glass seems too shallow, almost like a margarita glass.)
(Edit: The three "pings" as I'll call them off the rim of the glass give some interest, but seem too static. Perhaps there's some motion or other action to give them?)
I would consider simplifying the sloshing of the wine (i.e. remove the small specks). I like the movement and shape of the larger mass, but the noise introduced by the smaller bits seems distracting to me.
The shape of the glass still has something missing. It seems more like a wine glass now, but still too open at the top, let me think on it some more, but I'd ask that you seek out more examples of wine glasses to use as inspiration.
Headphones are very simple and straightforward, perhaps there's an opportunity to embellish a tiny bit more. I've said this on other designs, but I'm not a huge fan of the negative space between the earcups and the bowl of the wine glass. Let's see what it looks like to have them closer together.
