Design #3. I thought that there was too much to take in with this design. I like the colors, the houses and the overall vibe of that the design gives off, but if there is a way to have the same theme by using less, I think that would be interesting to see.
#15, I like the design. Try putting the Company name to the right of the logo. I prefer this setup. I am concerned that there may be too much details that will not translate well into black and white prints or onto letterhead.
