This is definitely moving in the right direction. I really like the salmon color! Can we add a third "flavor" of ice cream to the cone--maybe a coffee, chocolate or mint chocolate chip type color? Also, is there any way to add a " magical element to the Wicked Good font? As an example, I like the way the New Romantics font has a star for the dot over the "i". Or, maybe a halo and devil's tail effect incorporated---or would that be too busy?
Hi, we've been sitting with #17 for a bit. Still not sure about those background stars! The drop or splatter to the left of the cone gets lost with them. One other thing I'm struggling with is the W in Wally--is there a way to thin the wings out just a little?
Thanks for your great feedback. I am happy to make any changes you would like to see. I think it gets better with each revision. Let me know bout the new 'W'... I can continue to modify until you are 100% happy with your logo.
#36 is quite interesting!! The ice cream cone really pops out in this design---which I like. Wonder if it's the brown outline that makes it standout, or that fact that it's bigger. Could we try that treatment on the #33 or #31? I have to say that your designs are developing quite a fan base amongst my friends! I really appreciate your efforts to get this right.
We're getting there with #40. The font for Wally still isn't working for us. I realize certain fonts wrap better than others, and I see how the fluidity of the font relates to ice cream. I get it--but just don't love it. Are you familiar with the font New Romantics? It's a whimsical take on New Roman and wonder if it would wrap....I've had to stretch the spacing out in the past to use it, but just a thought. I'm open to others. The Wally "experts" would like to see some dfferentiation in the color around the beard from the ears, so that from a distance it's a little clearer. Maybe a lighter brown/hints of white. Is this possible?
