What We Do

VVR is a 300-acre community in the Texas countryside that combines Ranch Homes and a Destination Hotel within an astonishing environment provided by state-of-the-art equestrian facilities and a mystic vineyard.

Top Three Things to Communicate

#1 - Luxury Ranch Lifestyle
#2 - Unique Wine Experience
#3 - Family oriented community (kids in teens)

Our Target Audience:

Demographics: Families, household income $150k+, live in Texas.

Psychographics: ranch lovers, horse lovers, wine enthusiasts, friendly culture, great-service oriented.

People who are looking for a hassle-free ownership of a second home ranchette, and enjoy fine hospitality, outdoors and wildlife.

Color Preferences

Mainly Brown, may have additional soft colors that evoke nature. Maybe some maroon or dark green for example, or a different tone of brown. Nothing too black, too white or too colorful.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

The name of the development is Vine Valley Ranch. We will likely need a version of just the letters "VVR", and a version of the complete "Vine Valley Ranch" name. Please look at the attached material for logos that we like of concepts similar to ours. Incorporating a horse or a vineyard in the logo are ideas that we think way look good.
