Most feedback we get when we show this logo is that it is too complicated. Can you try to simplify the middle part of the horse intersecting with the second V so that it looks more clear what is happening. It may also help to make the grapes smaller.

Thank you frame, we really like this version. Can you just make the upper logo larger so that the size of the words "Vine Valley Ranch" are more proportionate? Right now they seem too big for the logo on top.
