#4: the cigarette is too long (typically female cigarettes), also the logo colours are more female orientated. And there is no clear picture expressing healthiness and cleanness, the main USP of VitaSmoke, the differentiation to usual smoking is not clear.

#39 and #40 are too filigree, too female and too kittenish I believe.
