What We Do
The Virginia Energy Efficiency Council is a broad coalition (network of 50+ member organizations) working to assess and support programs, innovation, best practices and policies that advance energy efficiency in Virginia, and to provide a forum for stakeholder interaction. The VAEEC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.

Color Preferences
The colors on our current logo are too muted and sickly looking. They don't stand out or project strength. Green and blue speak to the energy efficiency field, but we don't want it to look like every other energy/environment nonprofit. A nice slate gray (not the muted/brownish one we have now) along with other colors like greens/blues could work and also speak a bit to the industry side of what we do.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We don't have anything specific in mind, other than knowing we *don't* want our current logo -- especially the drab colors. We need a logo that has both the acronym and "Virginia Energy Efficiency Council". We want it to project a professional, credible organization that is a strong network with 50+ member companies -- everyone from the major utilities and big, well-known companies to individuals and small nonprofits. We are the voice of energy efficiency at the state level in Virginia.
